VRCT v3.5.1 is a maintenance release focused on transcription recording and installer reliability.

Highlights​

Transcription​

  • Set Mic Record Timeout or Speaker Record Timeout to 0 for unlimited recording. Phrase boundaries continue to use silence detection and the corresponding Phrase Timeout setting.
  • This fixes recording being interrupted immediately when a zero timeout was selected.

Installer​

  • The installer checks available disk space before downloading and extracting the selected CPU or GPU package, and reports the required and available space when it cannot continue.
  • Large package downloads and extraction are more resilient, with parallel downloads when appropriate and fresh retries when a download or extraction fails.
  • The installer requires Windows 10 version 1803 (April 2018) or later.
